We have broken it down into these parts:

1 x Fruit - Bananas, Papaya, Muskmelon, Guava, Pineapple
3 or 4 x Vegetables - Tomato, Potato, All types of Gourds, Beans, Pumpkin, Brinjal, Lady Finger
1 or 2 x Leafies - Spinach, Sweet Potato Leaves, Jute Leaves, Malabar Spinach, Red Amaranth
1 or 2 x Salad - Lettuce, Cucumber
1 x Bread - Ragi khapli (Emmer) or Whole wheat Sourdough
1 x Eggs - Country eggs
Fruit - 1 dozen or 1 kg
Vegetables - 3 to 4 types, 350 to 500 gm each
Leafies - 1 or 2 bundles
Salad - 1 bundle lettuce and/or 350 gm cucumber
Bread - 1 loaf (250gm)
Eggs - box of 6
It is possible to exchange a whole category for another.
For example, no bread for extra eggs. Or No Fruit for extra Vegetables.
But within a category, customization isn't possible.
For example, exchanging cauliflower for another vegetable.
Delivery day is Friday
Delivery starts from Panjim and 1 pm and ends in Siolim at 6pm.

It's a little bit of both 🙂
We do send out a list on Thursday informing you of what to expect. This is about 80% accurate. There is still room for surprises!
We request our customers to think of it this way: Once you get the basket on Friday, you can plan what else you need from the market. This way, you can make sure that 75% of the weekly produce is healthy and local, and can top-up the shopping with normal vegetables from the market.
The basket contains about 75% of the weekly groceries for 2 people
Our produce comes from Goan farms.
The farmers that we work do not use any type of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. However, they grow their produce on rice fields, and their neighbors may not be organic. So it is not a 100% organic. It is however naturally grown, seasonal, healthy and nutritious produce :)
It is a subscription type model, so payments are requested upfront.
